Westminster Abbey Library: Early Printed & Manuscript Music
The majority of this collection is choral music. Much of the printed music is Italian, mostly of the 17th century, including sacred works by Colona, Foggia, Gratiani and others. There is also a good collection of secular works, including works by Monteverdi and Ferretti. The manuscript music, which makes up a third of the series, is mostly from the 18th century.
